Boulder Pines is one of Nevada HAND’s family communities located off Boulder Highway between Desert Inn Road and East Twain Avenue in Las Vegas. Boulder Pines is surrounded by grocery stores, retail shops, restaurants, and entertainment venues, including the Boulder Station Hotel and Casino. This community is situated on Nevada HAND’s Boulder Highway Community Campus, as it shares its property with partners Lutheran Social Services and the Boys and Girls Club of Southern Nevada. Boulder Pines residents may qualify for full membership scholarships for their children to gain full access to the Boys and Girls Club services. This community is also located near several K-12 schools, including the Mater Academy and Valley High School and many K-8 charter schools. Boulder Pines’ amenities include a media room, fitness center, business center, barbeque and picnic areas, playground, and pool. Boulder Pines also has a Resident Services Coordinator who connects residents to community assistance programs, volunteer groups, and community activities, including workforce development opportunities, homework assistance programs, and summer education curricula. Monthly rent at Boulder Pines I start at $675 per month for a two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment; $780 for a three-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment; and $870 for a four-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment. To qualify, applicants must earn 2 ½ times the amount of rent being charged for the apartment – income restrictions do apply. A two-person household must not exceed $42,000 gross annual income, a three-person household must not exceed $54,000 gross annual income, and a four-person household must not exceed $60,000 gross annual income. Rates and income thresholds may vary.

Monthly rent at Boulder Pines II start at $929 per month for a two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment; $1,070 for a three-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment; and $1,161 for a four-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment. To qualify, applicants must earn 2 ½ times the amount of rent being charged for the apartment – income restrictions do apply. A two-person household must not exceed $42,000 gross annual income, a three-person household must not exceed $54,000 gross annual income, and a four-person household must not exceed $60,000 gross annual income.
